Real Madrid has named Adobe as its new official sponsor as per Real Madrid. Adobe is a company that is transforming the world via digital experiences. This partnership aims to give quality sports-immersive entertainment experiences to fans via the Adobe Experience Cloud, which will link them both online and offline.
The club has contracted Adobe to connect with its supporters via omnichannel experiences.
One concept aims to convert the club’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium into a virtual destination by delivering online experiences, goods, and services to a worldwide audience. They will have a more personal relationship with Real Madrid from the comfort of their own homes, getting closer to the club than they have ever been before, thanks to immersive digital experiences across platforms, channels, and devices.
Real Madrid will also be able to accelerate its business expansion by enhancing the value of its sponsors and partners and assisting in the creation of new revenue sources.
At the launch ceremony, Real Madrid CTO Michael Sutherland said: “Our fans’ experience comes first, so working with Adobe, the industry leader in customer experience, was a no-brainer. Adobe’s DNA and extensive skills allow us to realise our vision for a worldwide community that will participate with our extended digital commerce environment. Adobe assists us in balancing data and privacy in a way that allows us to gain a deeper understanding of our fans via earned trust and by providing them with the products and services they want.”
“Using Adobe Experience Cloud, Real Madrid will be able to distribute tailored fan content in real-time and at scale, driving its aim to become a worldwide entertainment brand,” said Adobe International president Paul Robson. The club will develop even tighter relationships with its international audience by converting the thrilling feeling that supporters experience in the stadium into engaging digital experiences.
